Braun Legal handles most cases on a contingency fee basis, where we get paid when and if we recover on your behalf. Contingency cases require no up-front or ongoing fees. Once we collect from your employer, we take a percentage of the recovery as our fee, and you get the rest. Our direct costs, such as filing fees, are also paid from the recovery. Hourly direct bill cases would be for consulting, representation on employment agreements, and similar services. You will know the billing method after the initial free consultation and before you sign up for services.
